It’s just a shot away.
It’s nice to know while all kinds of shit is going on all round them Glasgow City Council are using their time constructively on figuring out if Keith Richards should be done for smoking on a stage at the Stones Hampden Park gig.
And apparently he shouldn’t as –
The stage for the concert was not of the dimensions to be covered by the smoking ban legislation in Scotland Glasgow City Council spokesman
The ban on smoking in all public places came into effect in Scotland on 26 March. Under the legislation, anyone smoking in enclosed spaces, including theatres, sports venues and bus shelters, faces a £50 fine. The manager of any premises who allows others to smoke there can be fined £200.
Just have to hope that if Keef and the boys need shelter before they fade away they don’t choose a bus shelter.
