Drawing with Wolves at home is not what

title winners do. But apparently losing at home to Blackburn is what you have to do. Spurs beat Everton and the media go into build them up mode, a draw against Wolves and they immediately switch to 'Spurs have blown it'. read the rest of this rubbish

A game in the hand is worth

bugger all. Until you win the three pints. And Spurs did that with a 2-0 victory over Everton in their game postponed from the start of the season. read the rest of this rubbish

Dear Tottenham Hotspur Football Club

and Mr. Daniel levy. Can you please pay your strikers Mr Jermain Defoe and Mr Emmanuel Adebayor their weekly wages with the new 50p pieces? read the rest of this rubbish

The romanticizing of Defoe can only happen

when he's not playing. Especially when he isn't available as in last night's Premier League game against Norwich City which Spurs won 2-0. read the rest of this rubbish

Could that have been any

easier? Aston Villa let Spurs cruise to a 2-0 victory, that moves them up to 3rd in the league, with an odd choice of players and tactics by Alex McLeish. read the rest of this rubbish

Don’t know about ‘Arry’s ticker

but that didn't do the rest of us any good. Even for Spurs this was extreme backs to the wall job but totally unlike Spurs this ended up with another three points. Which might have had a calming effect on 'Arry's heart. read the rest of this rubbish

We probably have to thank

Chelsea for that performance. If they hadn't lost to QPR would we have seen Spurs best performance for a number of games? read the rest of this rubbish
