Yanks finally score some runs

Alex Rodriguez

and get a win. 12-3 over the Brewers.

Especially Alex Rodriguez whose solo shot (2nd of the night) in the eighth inning (pic) made him the 40th player in major league history to reach 400 homers and at 29 years, 316 days made him the youngest player to do so.

After a very slow start then going on a run of 15 wins from 16 games and getting 6 games above .500 everything was looking rosie in the Bronx but a run of 9 defeats in 10 games, being 0-22 when scoring less than 3 runs and 0-28 when trailing after eight innings put them back 2 games below .500.

Maybe it really is all or nothing for the Yanks this year.
