  1. I think it’s time we all face up to the thought that Toga may have left of his own accord. He needed some space, his owners didn’t understand him, Toga just needed to make a break for it, take some time away and FIND HIMSELF. Thus ensuring, ironically enough, that no-one else who wanted to could…
    I reckon he is eking out an existential existence somewhere, perhaps pitching in with a part-time job at a factory or a corner shop or a waste disposal unit somewhere, perfectly prepared to see a little bit of life on the non-protected-penguin frontline before weighing up whether to return, as the prodigal penguin, or simply see out the rest of his remaining, in the alienated yet self-fulfilled knowledge he finally made himself the bird that bolted…
