A clueless shambles of a smash and grab

by Spurs. Spurs managed a last minute winner against Brighton after what some thought was a great game but was one that showed up far too many weaknesses in Spurs and Angeball. read the rest of this rubbish

Going defensive to hang on… why

...it never works for Spurs. Spurs twice threw away a lead against real football man Dyche's clogging, fouling, playing for set pieces, non-football team that will be no loss to the league, as Ange went hang on to what you have and it didn't work. read the rest of this rubbish

Lads… it’s United

Ten Hag's United. Spurs started the league New Year with a draw away at Old Trafford, which would normally be seen as point gained but it even being behind twice it was more of two points lost. read the rest of this rubbish

We all knew this was going to happen at Spurs

just not necessarily all at once. Ange Postecoglou's record of never having lost a home game went in a wild and furious 111 minute game that made the Battle of the Bridge look tame, as Spurs lost 4-1 to he that shall not be named and the mob he's at now. read the rest of this rubbish

It should have been over quickly but it got sloppy

but it ended with another 3 points. Spurs 2-0 victory over Fulham, which saw then go back to the top of the table by two points, meant Ange Postecoglou has overseen the best start to a season by a new manager in Premier League history. read the rest of this rubbish

Winning when you’re not playing well

obviously doesn't count for Spurs. Spurs ground out a victory against newly promoted Luton, with 10 men, in a game that could very well have turned out very Spursy. read the rest of this rubbish

But weren’t Spurs supposed to have their arse handed to them

not get a draw with a bunch of bottlers who needed help? We were told all week that Spurs hadn't played anyone and that they would be found out by the team that bottled the league last season, in Ange's first NLD. Except it didn't quite work out like that. read the rest of this rubbish

But Spurs could have done this and

still be in the League Cup. The latest Angeballfest in thumping Burnley away saw one change to his usual lineup that was probably the only decent thing from their midweek League Cup exit, as Sonny played central and got his hat-trick. read the rest of this rubbish

Angeball is officially here for Spurs

but did it really work? Ange Postecoglu’s first real game in charge of Spurs saw some encouraging things, some bright new faces, but also the same old failures from the same old players, for their 2-2 draw with Brentford. This was a game of two strikers, both of whom weren’t here, but if either were […] read the rest of this rubbish
