The weekend viewing

started Friday.

Friday night frights commenced with Jesus Franco’s “A Virgin Among the Living Dead”, another barmy Franco effort. It continued with “Legend of the Wolf Woman”. Just as barmy, but it does have Dagmar.

Pretty sure I’ve seen the western town the Wolf Woman character ends up living in with her stuntman boyfriend in a Spaghetti. Just looked familiar, though they tended to be filmed in Spain.

It concluded with “Terror of the Living Dead”, which was not so bad Spanish number. Well filmed.

Saturday’s viewing commenced with the Spaghetti Western “I Want Him Dead”. Usual story of revenge but pretty decent. It concluded with the Spanish giallo “Diary of an Erotic Murderess”, with Marisa Mell working her magic on Richard Conte, his two sons and Anthony Steffen.

Sunday night’s viewing commenced and concluded with “Vampire Hookers”, this was awful, as expected, summed up by the bimbo vamps complaining about being a vampire means they can’t sunbathe, yet when they stripped off they had tan lines.

Think the film was “Cruel Passion”.
