RIP Sir Bobby Robson, a gentleman and a great

servant of the game. Former England player and manager Sir Bobby Robson lost his final battle against cancer and died today aged 76, a excellent club manager he wasn't quite there with the top job. read the rest of this rubbish

It’s getting to be like 2005

only in a role reversal kind of way. England doing what Australia did four years back and now losing a star player Kevin Pietersen. But he isn't the same loss Glenn McGrath was back then. read the rest of this rubbish

That’s the Fred

England will miss. As Andrew Flintoff rips through the Aussies and England finally get a win at Lord's we see the bowler England will miss the one that lifts all around him and intimidates those facing. read the rest of this rubbish

That’s the way I play

that's the way I get out. That's they way I help lose Tests matches. England got up to 435 against a not great Australian attack in the first innings of the Ashes, could have been so much better if Kevin Pietersen wasn't a clown. read the rest of this rubbish

It all has to end sometime

and a lot of the time it ends in a whimper. So statistically England's greatest captain Michael Vaughan, with no real chance of an international comeback, announced his immediate retirement from cricket. read the rest of this rubbish

You won a semi-final penalty shootout

Stuart. You didn't really think you'd go on and beat the Germans now did you? England rode their luck to get to the European U21 Championship final but were beaten by a far better German side. read the rest of this rubbish

Twenty20 like all games of cricket is

a game of numbers. But I do wish England would stop playing by the numbers, it's just far too predictable but they teased me into bothering about this whole knockabout stuff. read the rest of this rubbish
